      • About The Role

        You are responsible for strengthening client relationships, supporting the development of new business and leading a team. Your key responsibilities will include the following:

        Client Management and Satisfaction

        1. Provide strategic counsel for clients
        2. Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships
        3. Expand client relationships beyond immediate client contact(s)
        4. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention and upsell services
        5. Proactively looking for ways to increase client satisfaction
        6. Develop and implement account strategy in conjunction with account team
        7. Deliver value-added initiatives, information and consultancy based on industry understanding and awareness
        8. Add value during meetings based on industry knowledge, extensive reading and research
        9. Deliver accurate, well-written materials to client for their approval – plans, releases, project proposals etc.
        10. Ensure that agreed actions and contributions reflect client objectives
        11. Review and approve all monthly client reports

        Business Development

        1. Identify opportunities to become more involved with the client’s organisation
        2. Identify and build relationships at multiple levels within the client’s organisations
        3. Maximise opportunities for client spend / account development
        4. Work closely as part of International team, developing relationships across all offices
        5. Develop new business proposals for review by Director or CEO
        6. Participate in regular updates covering client activity, media activity, general office management
        7. Support other offices in developing their new business proposals and by sharing media contacts

        Media Relations

        1. Develop relationships and establish rapport with A-list editors and influencers
        2. Help and guide other team members to build relationships
        3. Demonstrate success through targeted media coverage for clients

        Team Management

        1. Manage and coordinate the team to achieve and exceed client objectives
        2. Manage the team’s time effectively so that clients are neither over-serviced or neglected
        3. Maintain pro-activity in team through effective management
        4. Proactively improve team’s understanding of clients’ industry and product and marketing objectives
        5. Ensure the team follow procedure and adhere to Mango’s documentation requirements (plans, contact reports, monthly reports, trip reports, proposals)
        6. Assist team in general managerial and operational work
        7. Plan and implement efficient processes and systems within the team
        8. Provide clear direction to team, ensuring all understand top priorities
        9. Support, encourage and motivate all team members in achieving their goals
        10. Build confidence in team through effective delegation

        About The Role

        The office intern will be responsible for assisting the Account Executives to enable the account team to operate efficiently and as such will be focused on providing administrative support to all team members. Your specific tasks will vary from time to time and cover the whole PR mix, however key responsibilities include the following:

        Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation

        1. Conduct assigned media monitoring as well as general monitoring for clients in offline and online media including social channels as instructed by the Account Executives
        2. Assist the Account Executives to create, collate and compile all reporting documents and ensure all client agreements are submitted as per agreement (e.g monthly/bi-monthly reports) to ensure that they are kept fully informed of their progress

        Office and Account Administration

        1. Ensure press kits and client images are updated regularly and that press clips are correctly scanned and sent to clients
        2. Research any third-party information on behalf of clients and/or new business
        3. Provide ad hoc general research and support for new business assistance as required
        4. Ensure the office environment is smart and welcoming: distributing newspapers and magazines internally, preparation of meeting rooms
        5. Demonstrate a positive attitude

        About The Role

        We are now hiring an integrated marketing communications consultant to work across a number of local and regional accounts. If you have experience and/or interest in the dynamic lifestyle industry — including travel, hospitality, and F&B — and enjoy working in a fast-paced and friendly environment, we’d love to hear from you. The role includes working actively on stand-alone campaigns in Greater China, as well as working alongside our international teams. We are looking for a great team player, strong writer, excellent communicator and enthusiastic colleague.

        Qualifications

        1. Bachelor’s degree and above
        2. Min. 3-4 years of agency experience
        3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
        4. Successful candidates will already be based in Hong Kong.
